So, since my thread was locked, I shall put it here.


Apparently dA is now allowing child porn. See these threads(one of them has links to aforementioned images, which ARE PV's according to the rules)

Chixor's response was "we do not support or allow child porn here". Yet, apparently, they do.

Here is the relevant FAQ, regarding the rules. The second link(I think it's the second one, anyway) has a link to the image in question. Tell me that does not fit the definition of "child porn" as defined by the FAQ

Well, technically, the 1st doesn't cover private entities like dA.

However, that doesn't change the fact that Chix0r is in the wrong.

Apparently the first image used to be catgirls, but it got replaced with a picture of a kid looking at his own ass in a mirror. :|

And to think they just got done with making one policy more fail, they moved to ANOTHER touchy subject and fucked it up completely.
